Happy dance in the middle of Rostock

During our last mobility in Rövershagen, Germany, the students participated in three workshops: photography, baking Europe cookies and dancing. The dance workshop was led by one of the students at the German school. She invented the dance and taught it to all of the other students and teachers. They had so much fun that we thought that other people have to see this performance too.
That is why we put our dancing shoes on and danced on a crowded square in the middle of Rostock twice, before and after the presentation of our common movie in the LIWU movie theater in Rostock. Many people were wondering and stopped to watch the spectacle. About 60 students and teachers from four countries in Europe were dancing together - what a great moment to remember!

Movie premiere in Rostock

Our final movie is finished! We are so happy to have created this common movie project and are very proud of the result. Its title is: “Four nations - One union. Students for understanding” because we feel like one union now after working together for two years.

The movie consists of these four topics: 1. What am I proud of in my country? 2. Relationships 3. School system 4. Future plans. and also includes advertisement of all four countries.

The movie will also be shown in the four schools afterwards.
Feel free to share and watch it on our youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KYcEG2reCh8

A charming European day at Collège André Malraux in Senones

European month, European week, European day – May in the region 'Grand Est' of France was packed with a series of events concerning the European Union.

In our school, there has been organized a European week between the 29th of April and May 3rd. During this week we had for example a special menu at the school canteen, featuring a different country of the EU every day.

The highlight of the week was Friday 3rd, which we had called 'A day in Europe'. It was mainly
organized by the Erasmus+ team of Senones, but we received also the help of other colleagues, especially our English teachers.
During the whole day, teachers could come with their classes to Quizz workshops about the EU, an exhibition '28 member states of the European Union: United in diversity' lent by 'Europe Direct Lorraine – Grand Est' was shown in the art gallery, a special feature about the EU was given in the school library and of course there was a presentation of the different mobilities within the Erasmus+ Media Project given by students of the Erasmus+ group.

The students of André Malraux seemed to be very happy to learn something about the EU in this playful and diversified way.
